Pondler’s Maintenance was established in 1985 by Kenneth Pondler. Starting with a few small medical clinics, the company grew steadily through word of mouth and long-standing client relationships.

Over the years, Pondler’s Maintenance expanded its services to surgical centers throughout Southern California, working with facilities from San Diego to Los Angeles. Our work has always focused on reliability, discretion, and maintaining the high standards required in medical environments.

Today the company has evolved into a family business, proudly serving clients throughout Orange County. Based in Costa Mesa, Pondler’s Maintenance continues to uphold the same work ethic and attention to detail that has defined the company since day one.
